Company. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and
conditions.
By
using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site,
or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by
these Terms of Service.
Privacy
At
certain points in the photoeditingcompany.com website navigation, you
may be asked to share your email address or other personal identifying
information with us. As provided in these Terms and Conditions, such
information will never be distributed to a third party and it will never
be publicly visible without your express written consent.
All
personal Information including email address and photos will not be
shared online. Your email address will only be used to send you the
photoeditingcompany.com newsletter and/or to alert you to any
information that you have specifically requested you be notified about.
This
site and all of its original content are the sole property of Photo
Editing Company and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate
international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Sampling
During
sampling photoeditingcompany reserves the right to put watermark on the
photos, should the client wish to get the photos without watermark,
they should pay for the sampling done.
Turn Around Time
Our
standard Turn Around Time is within 24 hours for background removal
service or small batch of pictures. Photos with more than 100 or with
retouching, color correction and manipulation will be sent 1-2 business
days. For bulk orders 300 plus, we will be sending in batches of 100
photos per day.
Payment & Refund Policy
All
payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received, Photo
Editing Company will not send your photos. Payments should be made via
Paypal International Transfer. We will refund your payment to resend it
using Paypal International Transfer.
Changes to This Agreement
Photo
Editing Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at
any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms
on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the
Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal
acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore,
we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an
occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this
Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise
that you do not use or continue to our Photo Editing Company site
immediately.
